Responsibilities & Context:
- Visit clients, promote & sell the company's products to customers directly.
- Take orders from customers and ensure delivery on time.
- Achieve the assigned sales target.
- Maintain relationships with clients.
- Track sales activities, inventory and stock administration, and cash management.
- Collect payments and ensure proper documentation as per company policy.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback.
- Negotiate and manage the sales process to finalize sales.
- Prepare sales report, orders, and client feedback to the manager.
- Plan and execute promotional activities at client locations to boost sales.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Address client queries, complaints, or issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
