Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and execute post sales services to customers and ensure customer retention
∎ Identify training needs and organize training for farmers/customers to increase industry awareness
∎ Support sales team to achieve monthly sales target for DOC and feed
∎ Collect and combine market reports of competitors' product-line for reporting to Management
∎ Compare and analyze reports to find out market position of Kazi Farms and their competitors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience : Minimum 2 years in Poultry Marketing/Technical Service (Medicine & DOC); fresh graduates can also apply
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Good negotiation skills
∎ Organizing and reporting skills
∎ Must have excellent computing skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point

Salary:
∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate.
