Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fire safety Management, Hazard assesment, Security Training Instructor
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Security Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Recruitment process for Security Supervisor & Security Guard
∎ Visit all project sites on a regular basis & Identify potential safety and security issues and risks
∎ Investigate the incident and report to Management
∎ Solve the problem according to the findings
∎ Conduct monthly security training and awareness programs
∎ Provide clear and concise instructions & guidance to the team
∎ Oversee security staff and coordinate security-related activities
∎ Monitor and manage access control systems and surveillance equipment
∎ Any other task assigned by Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experiences to control 300 Guards
∎ Strong knowledge of safety regulations, security procedures, and best practices
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
∎ Candidates must have experience in Safety related work
∎ Medical/ Health Awareness, Hazard Assessment
∎ Use of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
∎ Computer skill required for MS Word, MS Excel

Salary: Negotiable
