Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic and talented Senior Officer in Store Department for the Garments Trims & Accessories Manufacturing Factory.
∎ Job location will be Kanchan, Rupganj, Narayanganj.
∎ Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials such as Poly, Paper, etc.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, adhering to bonded warehouse regulations.
∎ Ensure that all operations within the bonded warehouse comply with customs regulations and legal requirements.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all movements of goods in and out of the bonded warehouse.
∎ Maintain accurate records of raw material inventories, including batch numbers, expiration dates, and movements.
∎ Prepare reports on inventory status, compliance issues, and usage stats for management review.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures regarding documentation and inventory control.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
