Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking for a dynamic and talented Assistant General Manager - Security (Retd. Major/Lieutenant/Captain) who will lead the total Security Team of the Factory premises.
∎ Job location will be Kanchan, Rupganj, Narayanganj.
∎ Develop the security system and maintain a safe work environment.
∎ Overall Security monitoring of the facility.
∎ Ensure that all security staff are made aware of the security policy and fully understand its content and their responsibilities.
∎ Monitor entering the vehicle or employee into the gate.
∎ Unannounced check of the activities of security personnel.
∎ Ensure action is taken when any unidentified personnel are in the facility.
∎ Monitor after visitor, supplier, and service provider entry, exit, and screening procedure.
∎ Escort with Top Management, VIPs, and Government Officials if necessary.
∎ Monitor the overall physical security of the factory premises.
∎ Regularly inspect the facility to identify potential issues.
∎ Ensure overall security activities 7 - Point inspection using a documented checklist.
∎ Monitor and limit access to critical operational areas of the facility, such as warehouse packing, final packing or packaging, shipping and receiving, container loading and unloading, etc.
∎ Ensure loading and storing container or trailer is closed and secure with a security seal.
∎ Ensure the presence of security guards in handling, loading unloading, finished goods store, and other restricted areas.
∎ Ensure security-related documents, such as incident reports, proposals, and tactical or strategic initiatives.
∎ Coordinate security operations or activities with public law enforcement, fire, and other agencies.
∎ Identify, investigate, resolve, and report security issues to management.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
