∎ Minimum Post Graduate preferably in Business Discipline / Marketing / any other disciplines.
∎ Minimum 05 years of experience in the relevant field.
∎ Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
∎ Knowledge of SME Products.
∎ Possessing essential expertise in legal vetting, loan documentation, and mortgage procedures.
∎ Must be proactive, committed towards achievement and result oriented.
∎ Physical fitness and willingness to work at field level.
∎ Capable to work under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
∎ Amicable personality & positive attitude.
∎ Capable to work as a team player.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure CMSME business growth to achieve target.
∎ Identify potential clients for CMSME loan.
∎ Build and maintain productive and strategic relations with customers and other stakeholders to drive the development and delivery of business solutions and revenue growth for the SME Business Segment/SME Branch Segment.
∎ Guide branch RM for proper submission of business proposals for obtaining approval from competent authority.
∎ Review & Monitoring of Branch RMs’ Business for achieving business target.
∎ Visit assigned Branches and Customers to verify credit worthiness of existing and new borrowers.
∎ Disbursement follow-up for reducing lead time with CRM, CLAD /CTPC.
∎ Maintain a detailed and current understanding of the industry; (at SME Banking, current market structures; regulatory requirements and issues) to ensure that opportunities are realized and the risks mitigated.
∎ Ensure timely submission of quality credit proposals in conformity with the Credit Policy guidelines and requirements whilst maintaining the quality of the SME portfolio.
