Responsibilities & Context:
*** Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
*** Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels.
*** Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
*** Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches in collaboration with internal teams.
*** Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
*** Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
*** Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
*** Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to align sales initiatives with product availability and features.
