∎ Project Name: More Women Play a Greater Role and are Better Served by Humanitarian Response and Recovery Efforts, Funded UN Women
∎ Location of posting : Multi-Purpose Women`s Center, Ukhiya, Cox`sbazar
∎ Duration of Contract : Up to July 31, 2019
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key responsibilities include (not limited to):
∎ Welcome the participants and record their details in entrance register.
∎ Collect any necessary information from the participants.
∎ Provide information asked by the participants.
∎ Identify the referral path way and ensure the referral mechanism.
∎ Refer program participants to the internal or external service center.
∎ Support any training taking place.
∎ Provide PFA to participants (need basis).
∎ In absence of manager perform all responsibilities.
∎ Hold regular planning and debriefing sessions with team members.
∎ Mentor and support staff professional development and foster a positive team spirit to encourage innovative and quality programming.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum one-year experience as case worker for vulnerable populations and have experience responding to VAWG would be an added value.
∎ Clear understanding of gender, human rights, issues surrounding violence against women and girls.
∎ Experience working in emergency response targeting vulnerable women and girls.
∎ Fluency in local (languages) required.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect in WFS at all times is essential.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
