Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing In-Depth Interviews (IDI), Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and other data collection methods to gather information from research participants following the established guidelines. Additionally, conduct face-to-face interviews for data collection utilizing semi-structured questionnaires.
∎ Data entry/ transcription maintaining data quality standards and guidelines.
∎ Data processing, cleaning, and assisting in data compilation/ matrix preparation resolving data errors.
∎ Consistently gather monitoring and research data as per project requirements while upholding data quality standards and guidelines.
∎ Conduct case studies to better understand the contextual realities and document key lessons learned successful approaches, and challenges.
∎ Assist in preparing data reports and compiling qualitative findings and insights regularly.
∎ Coordinate with different stakeholders regularly aiming for smooth project implementation and data collection.
∎ Participate in relevant training and field-level meetings with different stakeholders.
∎ Practice and promote BRAC Gender Policy. Support implementation of gender equality and women empowerment at all levels.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ BRAC Health Programme has been implementing the TB Control Project for over three decades in collaboration with the National Tuberculosis Control Programme (NTP). BRAC works in a people-centered approach across rural and urban areas of the country with the aim to ensure prevention, early diagnosis, and treatment adherence of tuberculosis through community engagement.
∎ With the support of USAID, BRAC is going to implement TB diagnostic network strengthening (TBDNS) activities focusing on enhancing the quality, accessibility, and equity of TB diagnosis and treatment services.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
