∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Chemical Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Assess & ensure Quality of incoming raw material, intermediate and finished products as per standard
∎ 2. Report process variations and identify areas for improvement.
∎ 3. Prepare required reports for management information
∎ 4. Assess & organize reagents/chemicals and other materials as required for lab operations and testing for quality assurance.
∎ 5. Test, assess and ensure the quality of incoming raw material as per set quality standard.
∎ 6. Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments as per standard & Schedule.
∎ 7. Ensure and maintain compliance of operation with ISO 9001:2015 QMS standard, ISO 14001 standard, ISO 45001 standard and company policy.
∎ 8. Build and ensure good teamwork and motivate workforce.
∎ 9. Ensure continual improvement of the QC process and self-improvement.
∎ 10. Upgrade QC workforce through good practices of "1-10" habits and RA core values.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1. 1-2 years experience in the manufacturing/process industry. Candidates should have knowledge of calibration principles, ISO standards and should have skills in analysis, leadership, communication and computer.
∎ 2. Apart from this, the candidate should be dynamic, organized, self-starter, analytical, innovative and goal oriented.
