∎ The Opportunity: The Senior Officer - Program Support is responsible for supporting SC health program for administrative operations in compliance with generally accepted practices of SC financial, administrative, and human resources policies and procedures. The incumbent will be managing the time sheets of volunteers and payment of Community Health Workers. S/He will be familiar with the SC financial or project budget (Donor, MB), vehicle, inventory, administrative, asset-management and HR reporting systems are essential.
∎ Contract Type: Regular

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years experience in program support in a humanitarian emergency or development context
∎ Experience with people management (vendor/third party) will get preference.
∎ Fluent in English (reading, writing & speaking) and good working knowledge of using MS office and the internet
∎ Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
∎ Demonstrative administrative and general office experience, including knowledge and experience in developing administrative systems, databases, and experience arranging overseas travel
∎ Familiarized with the Chittagonian dialect
