Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and coordinate daily tissue production operations, ensuring product quality and timely delivery.
∎ Monitor production line performance and identify areas for process improvement.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
∎ Maintain daily production reports and documentation as per company standards.
∎ Implement safety, hygiene, and quality control measures as per SOP.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing production plans to meet monthly targets.
∎ Liaise with Maintenance, QC, and Store departments for uninterrupted production flow.
∎ Train and guide production staff for efficiency and skill enhancement.
∎ Any Other Task Assign By The Management.
