∎ The main role of this position is to conduct Pre and Post Audit of Action Contre La Faim (ACF)`s support departments and partners to ensure fundamental principles of good financial management are followed throughout all of ACF activities. This includes ensuring accountability, transparency, consistency and integrity of resource utilization by projects and offices within operation in ACF
∎ This role offers huge scope for development within a growing dynamic organization. The person will act as vital role in Internal Audit Department to Facilitate HR, Finance, Logistics and Partners` internal audit. The Senior Officer- Pre Audit will also help Manager-Audit, Risk and Compliance in different audit related activities and prepare action plans.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sample basis pre auditing on Human Resource (HR) department activities i.e. recruitment procedure, personal files, overtimes, other allowance, staff leave, attendance etc. through checklist.
∎ Sample basis pre auditing on overall Finance department activities i.e. checking financial documents, cash & advance management system, assist external/donor audit, FNP follow up, bank file, outstanding cheque and others.
∎ Sample basis pre auditing on Logistic department activities i.e. review Purchase Dossier (PD) files, log sheets, supplier verification etc.
∎ Assist line manager for conducting partners audit and other relevant tasks.
∎ Identify any risk of fraud and corruption in organization and report to line manager.
∎ Provide other support based on organization need.
∎ Prepare audit report with recommendation after conducting department wise pre auditing and share with line manager.
∎ Prepare action plan accordingly for future follow up purpose.
∎ Proactively support ACF's commitments to gender equality, child protection and disability sensitivity.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years internal audit experience where 2 years in NGO/INGO sector. Required knowledge on International Accounting Standard (IAS), International Standard of Auditing (ISA), VAT and TAX rules under Bangladesh Government.
∎ Good command on Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla both written and spoken.
Salary: Tk. 71000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year depending on performance
