Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper spare parts inventory management.
∎ Ensure spare parts availability as per customer requirements and provide timely parts distribution in Yamaha 3S center when required.
∎ Ensure parts entry, in and out into organization's software.
∎ Communicate with service team and ensure proper supply of parts.
∎ Ensure parts invoicing timely and deposit amount as per policy.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of invoice and reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years of experience in spare parts inventory and sales is mandatory.
∎ Skills in inventory management.
∎ Strong Communication skills.
∎ Sound computer/IT skills.
