Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and arrange daily schedule to Visit/call on potential corporate office/government office/university/collage/school and other trade factors by contacting people and making appointments
∎ Implement various sales strategies & techniques
∎ Create market and achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
∎ Focuses on Sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of Key Corporate Customers
∎ Monitor the competitor's activities and implement innovative education services
∎ Coordinate all direct mail campaigns to the customer with marketing materials
∎ Responsible for managing and coordinating telemarketing campaigns across Bangladesh
∎ Responsible for advertising campaigns both offline and online
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible work experience including at least 1 year in a marketing and sales related field. Experience in Marketing & Sales as applied in the context of Educational institute would be given preference
∎ Fluency in English language is absolutely essential
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing
∎ Good interpersonal & negotiation skill with the corporate people & counseling capacity
∎ Acute attention to detail
∎ Extensive tour for marketing
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
∎ Ability to make good decisions in a fast moving environment
∎ High proven intelligence and ambitious sales personality
∎ Smart, Energetic, result oriented and has the ability to work under stress
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS-Office, Excel and internet
∎ In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges.
