Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Academic Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelor in any discipline
∎ Advance Diploma in Graphic Design & Social Media Content Development will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop illustrator, Advertising and promotion, motion graphics, video editing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Advertising & Promotion, motion graphics, Multimedia Content Development, Video Editing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Generate ideas and create visuals/ online graphics/ advertising banners for Digital Advertisement & Branding
∎ Design visual content for print and digital applications that is on-brand, reinforces WLC's status and reputation, and is appropriate for our various audiences
∎ Create artworks (Newsletter, Brochure, Flyer, Cards, Souvenir Items, I-Stand Banner, Frame, Sticker, Gift Box, Certificate, Book Covers and Crest etc.)
∎ Create infographics and presentation materials to simplify communication of complex concepts and data
∎ Design academic visuals (Targeting Redundant "Course Starting" or "Test" Date Details)
∎ Create short videos to highlight, recap and promote various endeavors and events
∎ Conduct video editing (Color Correction, Motion Graphics, Nosie Remove, Sound Sync & Editing Video) independently for various social media promotions
∎ Coordinate in Finalizing Plan & Budget for Online & Offline Campaigns and Digital Marketing
∎ Upload and boost promotional posts/content in Social Medias (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube) as per Digital Marketing Plan
∎ Maintenance of WINGS official website (Web Content Development, Content Upload, & Create Events)
∎ Assist teams (especially Digital Marketing Team) in developing and executing communications plans
∎ Foster relationships with suppliers/ vendors, collect quotations, prepare CBA with recommendation to manufacture/procure promotional or branding materials
∎ Maintain original content files, and help to organize and archive existing video and graphics files
∎ While this job description is intended to be a reflection of the requirements of the position, management reserves the right to assign any other activities as and when required in the interest of business situation
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience will be given preference
∎ Understand social media trends and impact in design
∎ Work autonomously and develop high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
∎ Manage timelines and prioritization of workload and know when to ask for direction
∎ Animation skill of making videos
∎ Acute attention to detail
∎ Strong sense of responsibilities
∎ Ability to communicate effectively in Bangla & English, both verbally and in writing
∎ Strong organizational, prioritizing, and multitasking skills
∎ Should be positive in attitude, result-oriented & ready to take challenges
∎ Good team player skill, execution skill, challenges encountering attitude and ability to manage
∎ Should be familiar with strong Typography sense
∎ Should be familiar with modern design trends with strong color sense
∎ Must be able to work as part of a team and also on his/her own, taking responsibility for organizing his/her work within the production schedule and meeting deadlines
