Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
∎ Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Agribusiness, agro based farm

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Lead & manage Agro all product sales( Milk, Sweets, Bakery, Fruits, Vegetables, Meat, Fishes, Egg, etc)
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors.
∎ Maintain liaison with MoA, BARI , BRRI , SCA as well as Agricultural University.
∎ Develop policy and strategic planning of agribusiness. Organize and implement training program.
∎ Develop Marketing plan in collaboration with marketing force and implementation.
∎ Coordinate efforts of the team members & other department to deliver the target sales effectively & efficiently.
∎ Plan, execute & facilitate sales strictly according to the approved plan, budget & time frame.
∎ Ensure proper receive & distributing of products with software entry timely.
∎ Ensure compliance to all relevant safety,health & environmental procedures across the department for building peaceful working environment .
∎ Other responsibilities as assigned by the management as demanded by situation.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
