Educational Requirements:

∎ Graduate from Govt./ Public institute will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
EGP Tendering Expert, Tender bidding, Tender Documents
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must Know fully about E-GP Tender in Details
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for tender related activities in Government/Private Origination.
∎ Monitor the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance
∎ Ensure the completeness and accuracy of contract, including monitoring all related liabilities and third -party contracts

∎ • Stays abreast of and communicates any change in contractual requirements
∎ Target competitive bids/estimates/quotation. , considering best available product mix
∎ And approved technical and commercial consideration for each individual situation.
∎ Ensures tenders are well documented in a Ensure are well documented in a timely manner and with appropriate level of details, including full and accurate costs.
∎ Coordination in accordance with bid/ estimate/Planning, ensure that inputs for editing activities are provided on time and according to established quality procedures manage external service to support bid/ estimation preparation such as translations and government approvals
∎ Documentation regarding to the offer/ order and records assumption and decisions taken during the development process. Regularly reports the status of the Bids/estimate/quotations using defined tools and collect and analyze the reasons for tenders being lost and Won.
∎ Identity potential risks in the bids, quotations and estimates, and related contract agreements across customers/channels.
∎ Responsible for collection and collection all information needed to prepare the proposal, including both technical and cost elements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ E-GP tender experience needed must.
