Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/ Statistics/ Development Studies or any other relevant discipline from any recognized university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examinations. Advanced knowledge on research methodology is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting monitoring and evaluation activities in the respective districts by collecting data
∎ Assist to develop indicator questionnaires for data collection
∎ Sharing monitoring findings with respective staffs (FO, PO, DM) and present in the regional meeting
∎ Prepare monthly monitoring report (with observation & recommendation, if any) and send it to supervisor for presentation
∎ Participate in the staff meeting and other forums for updating of the program
∎ Liaison and communicate with all CEP sector and other programmes
∎ Any other relevant assignments deemed necessary for CEP
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 2 years of experience in monitoring sector
∎ Have knowledge on monitoring and evaluation system
∎ Have knowledge on Qualitative and quantitative method of data collection
∎ Have excellent ICT skills especially in statistical analysis using relevant software packages such as SPSS, Ms Access, Excel, etc.
∎ Skills on presentation and Report Writing
∎ Have skills on decision making and problem solving, communication, Adaptability, Teamwork and Relation Building
