Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Bachelor degree (or higher) in Statistics, Humanitarian Affairs, Public Health, Demographics or related areas;
∎ Knowledge in MEAL systems in emergency and development contexts;
∎ Knowledge of evaluation methods.

Job Context:
∎ Contract Duration: One Year (Possibility of extension on fund availability)
∎ Start Date: As soon as possible
∎ Location: Cox`s Bazar
∎ Supervise and guide the activities of respective MEAL Officer (allocated as per Cox’s cluster approach). Work with respective PMs and ensure the development, implementation and maintenance of the MEAL Plan for each projects. There will be two Senior Officer- MEAL and each will make field visits and monitor the project’s interventions and activities.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Senior Officer-MEAL will work for establishing a Robust MEAL system adapted to the Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Senior Officer-MEAL will work with PMs and Officers-MEAL-Supervise and guide the activities, develop, implementation and maintenance of the MEAL Plan for each projects
∎ Senior Officer-MEAL also responsible for Data Collection, Data analysis, Dataflow, Reporting, preparing dashboard for Donors, ACF Management and Different Project.
∎ Officer-MEAL, ensure accountability with DPMs, Senior officer-MEAL and Partners-Designing the Standard, Implementing the Standard, follow the standard, feedback and complaints received, and prepare quality accountability report on quarterly basis.
∎ Officer-MEAL, will contribute in Strengthening Learning and Knowledge sharing by Focus Group Discussion (FGD), Case Studies and arranging different session for knowledge sharing.
∎ Officer-MEAL, have to prepare different Report and External Presentation for Cox Level, Donors or different Stakeholders.
∎ Represent ACF-MEAL team and/or ACF in the meetings at Cox level organized by the stakeholders.
∎ Proactively support ACFs Commitments to Gender Equality, Child Protection and Disability Sensitivity.
∎ Details JD will be provided on the day of joining

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in quantitative & qualitative surveys/assessments/ evaluations, working on projects funded by major international donors;
∎ Technical background in WASH, Nutrition/health and/or FSL is a plus;
∎ Knowledge in statistics, database management and statistical treatment;
∎ Knowledge in teaching methods and in the facilitation of meetings/training sessions / Knowledge of quality control and accountability approaches;
∎ Experience in conducting internal knowledge building activities
∎ Analytical skills and ability to handle complex issues
∎ Ability to plan ahead and output oriented (proactive), adhere to deadlines and respect line management, travel to rural /remote areas

Salary: Tk. 71000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year depending on performance;
∎ End of Contract Benefits: As per organization policy
