Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Graduation (Bachelor degree in Animal Husbandry / Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) / Veterinary Science with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any recognised institute or university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Help in preparing annual monitoring plan and budget to the Manager QC and Monitoring related to AI and veterinary service as a whole.
∎ Organize and develop the monitoring materials for related to monitoring.
∎ Prepare the monitoring and evaluation tools for practical monitoring.
∎ Collect the data, compiling the data, data entry which would be prepared for analysis and report generation. Submit the prepared report to the Manager QC and Monitoring.
∎ Help in preparation of presentation on monitoring report which would be presented to the management for solution.
∎ Monitoring on selection of breeding bull and related works and help in this process.
∎ Need based investigation and report preparation and submission for required action against the anomalies.
∎ Analysis of pre-selected breeding bull calf and help the technical committee to select breeding bull.
∎ Any other activities should be done if supervisor prescribed
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
