Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in Social Science; Development Studies is preferable.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor all the project activities and progress towards achieving the project output and provide feedback to programme teams of UCEP Bangladesh on projects' performance through analyzing findings based on field visit and UPMIS data.
∎ Regular checking the UCEP Program Management Information System (UPMIS) and ensure the accuracy of the report through DQA as well as identifying the low performing areas.
∎ Provide training to the field staff on UPMIS.
∎ Suggest strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
∎ Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, annual and other reports and writing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress reports on all project activities.
∎ Participate in annual project reviews and planning workshops and assist program peoples in preparing relevant reports.
∎ Work for building capacity of field staffs on Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME).
∎ Assist in designing, coordinating and conducting project evaluations.
∎ Assist in designing and conducting Post Implementation Monitoring Survey (PIMS).
∎ Assist in conducting Programme Data Review.
∎ Support in designing and disseminating research studies by providing relevant input.
∎ Organize and conduct training on M&E/MIS for project staff.
∎ Perform other duties as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 04 years of relevant professional experience, preferably monitoring, research and development filed.
∎ Excellent command on communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer operating skill & conversant with MS Office package.
∎ Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works.
∎ Ability and willingness to travel.
∎ Management has the right to make exceptions based on qualifications.
