∎ Experience with media agency / media houses / NGOs in Bangladesh will be preferred.
∎ Working knowledge of content development with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Flash, Adobe InDesign, Final Cut pro for multimedia design and production / Web / Print / 2 D and 3 D Motion Design for digital and social media channels
∎ Skilled experience in photography, videography, editing and design will be preferred.
∎ Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to network and build relationships.
∎ Proven ability to work in fast paced environment, be creative and innovative.
∎ An understanding of child rights programming is desirable.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The position will be responsible for communications and media work to build Save the Children profile in Bangladesh by developing high-quality communications products and developing strong media relations with key media houses and networks.
∎ You will be responsible for preparing external and internal communications products for country office programs by collaborating with the program sector leaders and initiate strategic & on-ground communication support (from conception to implementation) to raise awareness of program impact.
∎ You will lead on building relationships between national / global media and Senior Manager- Media and Comms organising media events / press conferences, and media reports as needed.
∎ You will support in planning and production of brand compliant content for programs or campaigns for media release or social media / digital media platforms, including content gathering and production in English & Bangla as needed.
∎ You will also be responsible for writing case studies, creative copies, media statements, media brief, and pieces for publications in English and Bangla as assigned.
∎ You will support event development and execution by collaborating with programs, functions, and projects on arranging big scale events by planning and supporting in venue set-up, agency hiring, communication material production and media coverage.
∎ You will guide program staffs on developing Terms of References, concept notes, project briefs etc. and also maintain a database of effective sample materials.
