∎ Bachelor's preferably in Social Science/ Urban Planning/ Development Studies or other relevant subjects from any reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficiency in using Kobo Toolbox, Microsoft Office Suite, and SPSS.
∎ Practical expertise in quantitative and qualitative data collection tools including household surveys, focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and in-depth interviews.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
∎ Capability to link findings with programme objectives.
∎ Minimum 1 year of working experience in monitoring and evaluation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design tools for monitoring surveys in alignment with the established survey frameworks.
∎ Conduct comprehensive field visits to collect quantitative and qualitative data on a regular basis.
∎ Document best practices, case studies, challenges, and lessons learned from field visits.
∎ Analyse survey data to prepare monitoring reports and presentations.
∎ Assist the Manager, MEAL, in designing MEAL frameworks and developing monitoring survey designs.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ Job Purpose
∎ To provide support to the UPGP MEAL unit through the planning and collection of reliable field-level data, thereby enabling the production of high-quality reports to inform managerial decision-making and organisational learning.
∎ Key Responsibilities
