Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline. Post Graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGHRM) will be an added advantage.

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare TNA tools and Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA) as per the schedule, prepare report and sharing it to the programme for approval.
∎ Design and implement the Training schedule / outline as per TNA and programme needs / requirements.
∎ Design and development of training module / contents / and ensure effectiveness of training programme.
∎ Conduction of TOT to the facilitators and continuous follow-up.
∎ Responsible for continuous follow-up with the programme to understand further improvement in training module and then to re-equip the facilitator with the changes / modifications.
∎ Facilitate training courses, workshops for programmes.
∎ Provide support to ensure the development and practice of BRAC values.
∎ Provide support in preparation of annual plan of Module & Training budget.
∎ Cater any other responsibilities given by management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources including 1 year experience in Training & Development, Organizational Development and Human Capital Development.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on Training and Development, Talent Management, Human Capital Management, Budget.
∎ Adequate knowledge on MS Office applications.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
