Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc.(Glass & Ceramics)/Diploma-in-Ceramics technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop the new formulation of Quality full Body which will Decrease the cost of production
∎ Develop the new Engobe & Glaze composition to increase the net efficiency of production
∎ Develop the new designs of Wall & Floor tiles to fulfill the demand of sale
∎ Monitoring and supervising the quality of all incoming local and imported raw materials, Glaze Frit and Color etc
∎ Develop various Body, glaze & color for different types of Tiles
∎ Work with all testing machines at laboratory with great accuracy
∎ Develop various types of samples for upgrading our products
∎ Handle production related raw materials and identify the properties of them
∎ Set various types of testing parameters as well as production parameters
∎ Handle technical problem & find its solutions with the help of superiors
∎ Communicate with all production related person when necessary
∎ Follow up the all production process & maintain log book report
∎ Any other task assigned by management

∎ Computer operating knowledge
