Bachelor in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, or relevant discipline
1) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in knowledge management, communications, reporting, or related roles, preferably within public health, development, or NGO sectors. Experience in research-related or communication roles would be preferred.
2) Expertise in designing communication materials using tools, e.g., CANVA, Illustrator
3) Ability to organise, synthesise, and present complex information clearly.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development, documentation, and archiving of high-quality knowledge products and communication materials including programme briefs, case stories, reports, presentations, newsletters, visual explainers, and donor-facing materials across BHP portfolios.
Support with establishing and maintaining a knowledge management repository for easy retrieval, ensuring information is organized, accessible, and up-to-date.
Assist Knowledge Management team in capturing and documenting field-level learning, implementation experiences, best practices, and innovations for reporting and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate with the Communications team in developing content for digital and social media platforms, including static, dynamic, and audio-visual materials, in line with BRAC guidelines.
Collaborate with the Communications team to highlight BHP’s achievements and strengthen its visibility as a thought leader in health.
Liaise with BRAC MEAL department as well as central communications department to ensure compliance with BRAC learning documentation and communications guidelines.
Contribute to proposal development and donor reporting by ensuring effective documentation and knowledge management.
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding to establish a safe working environment.
Practice and promote BRAC’s safeguarding policies and procedures, and report any safeguarding concerns through established channels to support a safe working environment.
SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
