∎ Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field and role, preferably in the development sector.

∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify funding opportunities from institutional donors, foundations, and corporate partners·
∎ Assist in developing proposals and concept notes in collaboration with programmatic and technical teams·
∎ Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive fundraising-related documentation and support programme and technical teams by providing necessary reports and other documents on time·
∎ Document key events, campaigns, and programme outcomes to showcase the impact and enhance visibility·
∎ Prepare and share monthly reports on pipeline, achievements, challenges, and prospects·
∎ Support donor communication by preparing updates, responding to queries, and ensuring alignment with donor guidelines·
∎ Assist in designing and implementing fundraising strategies that align with programme priorities.
∎ Practice and promote BRAC Gender Policy. Support implementation of gender equality and women empowerment at all levels.SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
