∎ At least 04 years of working experience in a relevant field (ECCD, Basic Education, STEM Education, and ICT in Education) with at least 01 year in training facilitation and material development.
∎ Detail knowledge about learning toys and learning aids, a clear understanding of how children learn, and detailed knowledge of training.
∎ Good in computer (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) operating skills.
∎ Having good skills in photography and documentation.
∎ Ability to produce high-quality report, success stories / case studies.
∎ Excellent skills in training facilitation.

∎ The Opportunity
∎ The primary purpose of the position is to make sure children of RMG workers in Dhaka and Savar can realize their rights to quality and inclusive protection and education services.
∎ The position is responsible for effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting on project activities in line with donor requirements. Work jointly with Child Protection (CP) team to achieve the project goal. Strengthen capacity of partner organization for ensuring quality implementation of project activities according to DIP. Capacity development of secondary schools’ teachers for quality implementation of STEM education at school, and teachers and caregivers of daycare center. Minimizing learning gap of children of RMG works through remedial support. Developing capacity of secondary school-aged children on Life Skills. Have the capacity in designing and facilitating training, meeting, and workshops. Ensuring quality implementation of ECCD interventions in daycare centers, age-appropriate low and no cost teaching learning material (TLM) development, Children’s development progression assessment using CREDI and IDELA tools. Competency assessment of secondary school students. Assist in conducting studies. Ensure timely procurement of project materials and assist project management in day-to-day project operation. Preparing need-based reporting and documentation.
