Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conceptualise and produce content such as case studies, factsheets, research briefs, and digital content for internal and external use; managing materials and information resources such as presentations for external visitors.
∎ Develop regular IEC/BCC materials such as videos, posters, stickers, flipchart/flash cards for the project participants.
∎ Support programme team members with writing, editorial support and establish linkage with communication, procurement and other support units.
∎ Establish and support programme’s external and internal communication needs as requiredEnsure agreed programme communication strategy and key messages are met and are consistent with BRAC’s core values and central communications policiesVendor management, project management, and coordination.SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.

∎ The SHIKHA project under Social Compolinace Programme aims to strengthen prevention and response to all forms of gender based violence (GBV) at the public and workplaces in Bangladesh through legislative change and effective enforcement, strengthening systems and addressing harmful social norms and gender stereotypes. The project will work in Dhaka, Gazipur, Chattogram, Barisal, Narayanganj and Rajshahi districts in 250 workplaces, 270 educational institutions, public places, digital platforms and with the Government of Bangladesh.
