∎ With the supervision by Manager-CwC, the `Senior Information Management Officer - Communication with Communities (CwC)` will be responsible for carrying out data management and reporting to support continuous Monitoring & Evaluation activities of the CwC Program of Action Against Hunger | Action Contre La Faim (ACF) Cox`s Bazar Base in Bangladesh.
∎ This role offers huge scope for development within a growing, dynamic organization. The person will act as the key responsible for managing and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data and for preparing reports for the CwC program with the support and direction of supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years' of related previous professional experience
∎ Experience in the field of M&E and information management
∎ Previous experience following KAP methodology would be an asset
∎ Desirable: knowledge in any of the following field: Community sensitization, Communication with Communities, Community mobilization
∎ Have previous experience in managing data collected through Android device
∎ Good organizational skills
∎ Able to work in both Bangla and English (spoken and written)
Salary:
∎ Gross monthly Salary BDT 71,000
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performants
∎ End of Contract Benefits - up to 2 months' Gross salary
