Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree Mass Communication, Social Science/development studies from any recognized approved university with minimum all 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA.2.5. Third division/class or CGPA below 2.5 is not acceptable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a draft communication strategy.
∎ Assist to manage gap analysis sessions.
∎ Prepare draft content outlines of events and share with the management
∎ Develop communication materials e.g. leaflet, brochures etc.
∎ Arrange necessary materials for conducting events e.g. meetings, workshops, dialogues, seminars, webinars etc.
∎ Organize events e.g. meetings, workshops, dialogues, seminars, webinars etc. with the relevant stakeholder.
∎ Facilitate TNA and trainings/orientation where and when necessary.
∎ Documentation and writing reports, minutes, media release etc. immediate after the event held.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Having at least 3 - 5 years' experience in communication related activities specially in road safety.
∎ Help to organize national/regional events/workshop/seminar.
∎ Help to organize National RS day, World day of remembrance for RTA victims etc.
