Through seminars, workshops, counseling, and employer engagement, the Hub aims to bridge the gap between education and employment.

Job Purpose

The Senior Officer of Career Hub Project is responsible for supporting the effective planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of project activities. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, partners, stakeholders, and field staff to ensure timely delivery of project outcomes, compliance with donor and organizational guidelines, and proactive problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning and coordinating MetLife project activities to meet deliverables and deadlines

● Make all the necessary reports of MetLife projects and maintain all the valuable documents for the further procedure.

● Support the preparation of detailed implementation plans and monitoring frameworks.

● Establish a partnership with the university for a sub-hub at the university premises under the MetLife project.

● Maintain regular communication with all the center managers and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of project tasks.

● Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions; prepare meeting minutes and follow-up action plans.

● Follow up on the center renovation for Rangpur Career Hub and ensure the quality of work as per the approved design.

● Monitor Center-based progression progress and collect data for reporting; support the development of periodic progress reports, success stories, and donor reports.

● Identify operational challenges and provide timely recommendations and support to resolve issues.

● Maintain documentation, databases, and project records in an organized and accessible manner.

● Collaborate with the Monitoring and Evaluation team to ensure data quality and support evaluations or assessments.

● Represent the project in coordination meetings or stakeholder forums as required.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

● Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

● Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

● Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
