Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/MBS/M.Com in Accounting/Finance with good academic result from any reputed university. 3rd Class in any academic result will not be considered.
∎ CA (CC) /CMA/ACCA Course Completed with Auditing Background will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Attention to detail, Audit investigation, Basic IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, BIJOY, Micro Enterprise, Micro Finance, Reporting and Documentation

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Audit/ Investigation, Internal Audit at NGO, Micro Credit, Micro Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Micro-Credit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct visit to fields and branch offices frequently according to audit plan.
∎ Participate in planning for branch audit.
∎ Have a close look on the field operation whether it is complying with organization rule, management decision.
∎ Document any significant anomalies, non-compliances and weakness in internal control system, procedures, documentations and book keeping as may come to his notice during review of books of accounts and related systems.
∎ Prepare reports on audit findings at the end of field or branch office visit.
∎ Follow up on reply of audit findings and recheck with query and prepare observation.
∎ Prepare and share field visit reports with authorized persons of Head Office and branch offices.
∎ Review and check bills/vouchers/invoices and other supporting documents, personnel & administrative files and other relevant documents of head office and branch offices.
∎ Review and check collection sheet, different forms used in credit program, passbook, resolution book, attendance register, movement register, vehicle log book etc. while visiting groups and branch office.
∎ Ensure physical verification of inventory items purchased and relevant expenditure.
∎ Cooperate/assist and communicate with External Auditors as and when required.
∎ Review procurement process and tender documents, bid summary, etc. on regular basis.
∎ Review and check the timely deduction and deposit of VAT and Tax by head office and branch offices as per GOB law.
∎ Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4-5 year(s) experience in similar position in any financial institution. Experience of working in any Microfinance organization will get preference.
∎ Candidate should be hardworking, energetic, be self-driven, punctual, dynamic, result-oriented, honest, and responsible.
∎ He should have the ability to find the fact while auditing with verified report writing.
∎ He should have skill in MS Office Program (i.e. MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
∎ Behavioral Skills: Personal attributes should include qualities such as honesty, consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
∎ Act as a team player and result oriented.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 32000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated monthly salary of Tk. 25,000.00 will be provided during the six months probationary period. After confirmation monthly salary (Tk. 32,000 to Tk. 35,000) which will be fixed based on performance and qualification of the candidate and as per the salary structure of the organization.

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ After confirmation provident fund, gratuity, facilities of staff welfare fund, festival bonus, incentive bonus, medical allowance, conveyance allowance and other benefits will be provided as per organization's service rules.
