∎ Should have experiences to control 300 Guards
∎ Shall get preference on experience with Real Estate’s Security service support
∎ Strong knowledge of safety regulations, security procedures, and best practices
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
∎ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
∎ Candidates must have experience in Safety related work
∎ Medical/ Health Awareness, Hazard AssessmentUse of PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
∎ Computer skill required for MS Word, MS Excel
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct Recruitment process for Security Supervisor & Security Guard
∎ Visit all project sites on a regular basis & Identify potential safety and security issues and risks
∎ Investigate the incident and report to Management
∎ Solve the problem according to the findings
∎ Conduct monthly security training and awareness programs
∎ Provide clear and concise instructions & guidance to the team
∎ Oversee security staff and coordinate security-related activities
∎ Monitor and manage access control systems and surveillance equipment
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
