Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc from Fisheries with all 2nd division/ class from any recognised university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist District Manager in preparing the training plan and other targeted activities.
∎ Provide support in the process of identification and capacity development of LSPs in the local level.
∎ Provide support in the process of farmers group formation and their capacity development.
∎ Ensure quality services provided by LSPs to the farmers' group.
∎ Ensure that all the activities regarding fish production, material acquisition etc. are accomplished timely and appropriately among the fish farmers to maintain the desired quality and quantity.
∎ Provide technical support to incorporate fish based messages in the nutrition-specific BCC materials.
∎ Maintain and update all production registers and other documents as per official requirements.
∎ Assist District manager with preparation of official reports and other administrative functions.
∎ Perform any other duties promptly as and when assigned by the respective authority.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in aquaculture extension with any NGO/Donor funded Project is required
∎ Have comprehensive knowledge in production and Production process and planning
∎ Need to have excellent communication skills
∎ Have skills on MS Office
