Experience:

• 5 to 7 years

1. MPH/ M. Sc in Nursing/B. Sc in Nursing.
2. B. Sc in Nursing.
3. Diploma in Midwifery

• 5 to 7 years

• Five (5) to Seven (7) Years Experience in any nursing college or institute will be preferred.

• Teaching Experience in any nursing college or institute will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and guide the Students of own class.

• Check the Lesson Plan if it is done according to the Syllabus and present the same to the section in-charge for approval.

• Counsel to the Guardians/ Parents as and when required.

• Organize different Annual Programs (Science Fair, Cultural Program, Debates etc.)

• Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the Institution.

• Take initiatives against any sort of disciplined activities by any of the subordinates or students.

• Supervise the Teacher - Parents meeting and Result Day.

• Counsel Parents/Guardians regarding their children`s problems.

• Conduct theoretical & Practical Classes as per Syllabus.

• Be prepared to take five - six classes every day.

•  Motivate and Counsel the students and their parents/guardians through follow-up to ensure 85% class attendance and to reduce dropout.

• Facilitate in-house skill training for the teaching staff.

• Assist Department Head as per his/ her needed.

• Prepare weekly attendance report and submit to the Course Coordinator.

• Prepare lesson plan and semester plan at the beginning of the subject.

• Positive willingness for Team work & Hardworking.

• To arrange clinical practice training for students.
