Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser (Woven - Bottom and Tops) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the full merchandising process — from product development to shipment — ensuring smooth coordination, on-time delivery, and buyer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from product development to shipment.
• Communicate directly with buyers, suppliers, and factories to ensure accurate execution of orders.
• Handle sampling, costing, pricing, and order placement in alignment with buyer requirements.
• Follow up closely on bulk production to ensure timely execution according to the production plan.
• Work closely with production, planning, and quality teams to monitor daily progress and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure all production approvals, fabric/trims in-house status, and shipment schedules are tracked efficiently.
• Monitor the Critical Path to maintain on-time delivery and product quality.
• Coordinate production execution to ensure alignment with buyer specifications, quality standards, and shipment timelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation, T&A calendars, and regular production status reports.
• Build and sustain strong professional relationships with buyers and vendors to support long-term business growth.
