Responsibilities & Context:
Managing the full merchandising cycle (product development, price calculations, T&A plans, production, shipment follow-up, and technical accuracy).
Independently handling all aspects of merchandising, from costing through to shipment.
Establishing and enhancing long-term business relationships with customers by providing excellent quality service to maximize the company's business growth.
Overseeing updates on production status, sampling, and lab-dip information provided by merchandisers to the buyer.
Ensuring fabric and accessories are available at the factory on time.
Ensuring production runs according to plan to meet production targets and delivery requirements.
Ensuring timely QC files and following up with QCs/the QC team.
Maintaining all required reports.
Following up with the commercial team on correct shipping documents, shipment advice, and payment.
Leading the full merchandising team.
Carrying out any other assignments given by management.
