Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute based on agreed product and service standards as well as cost objectives from the brand.
∎ Negotiate price and cost expectations.
∎ Analyze the cost management and problem-shooting.
∎ Follow-up WIP and manage production and delivery against the plan.
∎ Manage the timeline from development to bulk shipment.
∎ You would compile various reports.
∎ Maintain day-to-day merchandising activities for development and bulk.
∎ You must have sound knowledge of product development, costing, and production.
∎ You would track sample development and bulk delivery.
∎ You would assist in the follow-up on the execution of bulk production, including trims, fabric production schedule, and delivery status.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
∎ We are seeking for dynamic and experienced Senior Merchandiser / Merchandiser in the Sweater Merchandising & Marketing Department in a 100% Export Oriented Sweater Manufacturing Factory.
∎ Job location will be Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar.
