Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for handling the complete merchandising process for high-end technical and industrial workwear such as firefighter suits, hunting gear, construction wear, marine and oil refinery apparel.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product development, sampling, and approvals with international buyers.
Interpret tech packs, prepare BOMs, and ensure accurate sample submission.
Source technical fabrics, trims, and performance materials.
Negotiate costing and pricing with buyers and suppliers.
Manage TNA, coordinate with production and quality teams for on-time delivery.
Ensure compliance with international safety and quality standards (NFPA, EN ISO, ASTM).
Maintain documentation and buyer portal updates.
