∎ Age 23 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 1 to 2 years sales experience on LED Light Industries.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company on LED Lights, Lighting Industry Sales, Electric & Electronics Industries like project base work on Light installation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, manage, and motivate yourself to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
∎ Providing regular reports to senior management.
∎ Conduct regular virtual meetings with the sales team to review performance, provide coaching, and share best practices.
∎ Identify training and facilitate continuous learning and development opportunities for the sales team.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring high levels of engagement and morale.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
∎ Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies.
∎ Utilize yourself to manage customer relationships, sales activities, and track performance metrics.
