∎ Currently RISE is offering an interactive job opportunity for its Marketing department. This job position provides the opportunities to actively participate in overall marketing activities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Designing, Executing & Monitoring of all Seasonal Campaigns.
∎ Planning new store launches & BTL Activation for reaching out to target customers.
∎ Responsible for In-Store Branding.
∎ Responsible for planning and executing digital media promotions. (Facebook/Instagram/Snapchat/YouTube etc.)
∎ Develop result-oriented strategies and programs that increase consumer preference for the brand.
∎ Responsible for PR and Media activation for seasonal collection coverage.
∎ Vendor Management. Specifically finding local vendors for printing with better rates. Collect the vendor quotations with their details tax/ vat/ pan card & maintain file.
∎ Promotion Management: To build store product offerings, plan category wise promotional events and work on ageing stocks liquidation in close coordination with the buying team.
∎ Directly working with designers/graphics designing team/Advertising agencies.
∎ Working with e-commerce team to run the online business operation.
∎ Supervising and monitoring in-house studio shoots.
∎ Frequent market visit to analyze competitor and market's conditions.
∎ Should have minimum retail fashion industry marketing experience.
∎ Should be eligible enough to analyze and response to different sponsorship programs to ensure maximum brand awareness.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 03 year(s) of experience in relevant field is preferred.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Basic graphic designing skill in Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and light room.
∎ Standard verbal and written communication skills. (English and Bengali)
