1. POULTRY FEED, FISH FEED & CATTLE FEED and achieve sales target as per business plan.
2. Visit potential and existing clients to capture sales, and leads and analyze the client`s needs.
3. Ensure own sales targets are met set by the department head. Collect Client information in a systematic way as per company rules.
4. Deal with clients and collect feedback from clients as and when necessary.
5. Build a strong relationship with customers. Gather Market and industry information and achieve targets within the deadline.
6. The candidate has to be able to handle the market and have strong confidence to achieve the sales target.
7. Positive attitude. Awareness of time and data management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
8. Collect Sales orders and ensure the payment confirmation.
9. Follow up and monitor feed distribution up to the dealers point.
10. Develop new dealers and maintain good relationship with existing dealers and farmers.
11. Initiating sales promotions to grasp dealers and thereby increase the sales volume.
12. Frequently visit of different areas of Poultry, Fish and Cattle Dealers and Farmers to promote and generate sales. 
13. Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
14. Check and ensure product availability in all depots / dealers.
15. Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
