Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and retailers for bathroom fittings and related hardware products.
∎ Actively visit markets to identify new clients and generate orders.
∎ Analyze market trends and competitor activity to plan effective marketing strategies.
∎ Ensure product placement, branding, and promotional campaigns are effectively implemented in the field.
∎ Achieve sales targets through strategic planning and on-ground execution.
∎ Collect regular market feedback and suggest improvements for product development.
∎ Provide weekly reports to the management, including client updates and market coverage status.
∎ Collaborate closely with the sales and production departments for smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Proven work experience (minimum 8–10 years) in marketing or sales roles in the hardware, tools, or sanitary fittings industry.
