Job Responsibilities:
∎ Annual Business Plan - preparation and update on regular interval
∎ New Business Development
∎ Conduct Market Research and Competitive Analysis
∎ Prepare Market Communication Tools
∎ Prepare Marketing Calendar and update on the go.
∎ Prepare events proposal and implement
∎ Technical Analysis for Existing & New Business Opportunities
∎ Liaising and Networking with a range of Stakeholders including Customers, Coworkers, Suppliers, and Partner Organizations.
∎ Customer Satisfaction Survey
∎ Business Case Preparation
∎ Market Data & Intelligence
∎ Shares responsibilities of Corporate Branding department
∎ Revenue Analysis of all divisions under EPGL, gap identification and mitigation plan.
∎ Biweekly revenue stakeholders meeting focusing on MIS, Biweekly report, Stock report, Audit committee report
∎ Principal communication on need-basis (e.g. quarterly review, annual review of targets, product issues)
∎ Any work or project as per senior management direction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in developing high level marketing and brand strategy in line with the strategic vision of the organization.
∎ A visionary with a deep understanding of traditional and innovative marketing strategies and a proven track record of creating campaigns and initiatives that will drive and increase revenue.
∎ An executive who understands the importance of aligning the organization internally around the brand and marketing objectives.
∎ Excellent analytical & Presentation Skills
∎ Confident interpersonal and communication skills
