∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Structured Finance/ Syndication

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To identify new opportunity/potential in the market to expand/sustain structured finance and syndication business.
∎ To achieve SFU business in terms of fees from syndication deals & multi-lateral deals.
∎ To arrange transaction deals under syndication for raising fund.
∎ To conduct due diligence on the project proposal and facilitate preparation of Information Memorandum, Financial Model for the selected project, arranging project visits, Signing Ceremony, Road Show, etc.
∎ To design new products and provide new avenues for alternative investment.
∎ To source foreign currency fund for the Bank/Clients from Multi-laterals.
∎ To monitor/facilitate regular reporting to Multilaterals etc.
∎ To ensure SFU function is performed and completed on due time related to both transaction and agency deals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A Postgraduate qualification in finance or related discipline from a recognized university.
∎ Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
∎ Excellent presentation skill.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
