Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute strategy to meet or exceed revenue goals
∎ Build, develop, lead and retain successful teams in sales and marketing for the business unit
∎ Work cross-functionally with all support functions across the organization
∎ To maintain improve and expand business relationships
∎ Survey and evaluate the prospects of biological and genetically engineered products in Bangladesh
∎ Coordinate with the field to study the behavior patterns of customer
∎ Cultivate a healthy working culture in the organization to ensure achievement to target revenue with focused brand objectives
∎ Oversee staff support program, employee relation and grievance management
∎ Coordinate with HR, Distribution & Marketing Services department.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 48 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Analytical and planning skills
∎ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Bengali
∎ Minimum 22 years job experience in Pharmaceutical Industry including 5 years' experience in International Marketing
∎ The applicants should have through understanding& experience in pharmaceuticals business.
Salary: Negotiable
