Real Estate Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To achieve sales target by selling apartment, commercial spaces and plots of Mir Real Estate Limited.
∎ To prepare sales deed, different types of agreement, offer Brochure etc.
∎ To participate company promotional activities like Rehab or other fair.
∎ To arrange various types of meeting, assist handover ceremony and other official meeting
∎ To prepare financial & FAR (Floor Area Ratio) analysis sheet as per RAJUK construction.
∎ To prepare land signing proposal for approval.
∎ To keep affiliation with legal affairs department.
∎ To check and present monthly Revenue Recovery Sheet.
∎ To issue marketing related form and letter, registration form and other legal papers.
∎ To motivate sales team and manage whole sales effort.
∎ To ensure customer service standard.
∎ To initiate the sale of property utilizing various marketing and advertising methods
∎ To provide leadership over the sales department.
∎ To maintain relationships with repeat clients to keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
∎ To develop external business development, create and update marketing plan.
∎ Successfully selling an average of 5 homes per month.
∎ To Manage and assist the Buyer from Commitment to Settlement.
∎ To deliver convincing oral sales presentations to potential clients and investors.
∎ To meet with clients who need specialized attention or who are experiencing a difficult situation.
∎ To assist sales agents who need guidance with client meetings and communication.
∎ To stay current on the real estate industry, new housing regulations and legislations.
∎ To develop, oversee and make changes to property expense budgets as needed.
∎ To Identify of viable projects and prepare of business cases to support the Board of Directors in making decisions
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
