Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading and managing projects, including day to day task allocation and monitoring the project's progress reporting directly to the Superior.
∎ Supervising works according to pre-determined work schedule and planning.
∎ Arranging mobilization and site preparation.
∎ Attending regular meeting with side supervisor/foreman for daily work plan.
∎ To maintain security, cleaning and safety all stages in the project.
∎ Estimating materials per work and sending to project accounts for requisition.
∎ Handling direct operations and maintenance activities on project site.
∎ Coordination with the client.
∎ Ensuring design specifications and safety standards on the project site.
∎ Ensure the works as per drawing/Company standard.
∎ Checking quality of all working materials and measurement.
∎ Co- ordinate with purchase department for materials supply.
∎ Carry out any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
